Dream Hackers VR Public Demo Is Now Live On Steam

You can play my most anticipated game of 2027 with the Dream Hackers VR demo released today.

When the developers of Dream Hackers VR sent me a preview build of their upcoming game back in August, I didn't know what to expect. I'd never heard of Dream Hackers VR. After two hours playing the rogue-lite VR shooter, it became the game I'm most looking forward to in 2027.

Now, the Dream Hackers VR team has released a publicly available demo on Steam, giving everyone a chance to shoot and puzzle their way through the game's surreal dreamscapes.

What you can expect to find is about 1.5-2 hours of Dream Hackers VR gameplay. You'll explore incredible dreamscapes full of strange architecture, odd characters, and terrifying nightmares. When these nightmares attack, it's up to you (and an arsenal of imaginative weaponry) to blast them back to oblivion.

Dream Hackers VR is coming sometime in 2027. The demo has released today on SteamVR.
