Join Now!Today, developer Dynamis One and publisher NC (formerly NCSOFT) announced that their coming anime-styled active turn-based role-playing game title ‘Astrae Oratio’ will launch across iOS and Android via Google Play in 2027—with a PC client coming thereafter. Additionally, the game will see its first-ever playable demo at Tokyo Game Show 2026.
To kick off TGS 2026, the publisher is hosting a Media Preview Panel featuring Game Director Jong-gyu Lim and Art Director In Kim who will discuss the game’s key features, their vision for its development, and insights into its creative direction. Closed Beta sign ups are also still live until 8 p.m. PDT, Sunday, 20 September.
“We’re bringing the story, art and combat together into a cohesive gameplay experience, which we’ll continue to expand through live service updates,” said Jong-gyu Lim, Game Director at Dynamis One.
“Starting with the first playable demo at Tokyo Game Show, we hope you’ll follow Astrae Oratio as it grows into an ongoing series, with new stories and characters introduced over time.”
Published by NC and developed by Dynamis One, Astrae Oratio is an anime RPG set in a world where magic and everyday life coexist. Players take on the role “Shunin,” a public official at the Special District Office, an agency responsible for overseeing the affairs of mages. As they explore the city, players will encounter a diverse cast of characters and uncover the stories and relationships that connect them.
NC has created a dedicated Astrae Oratio booth at Tokyo Game Show (TGS) 2026, bringing the game’s world to life through an immersive experience. The event space is modeled after the Special District Office, one of the game’s main locations, where attendees can experience both the Story Mode and Combat Mode firsthand.
The booth stage features a Tokyo Tower-inspired centerpiece and large LED screen, where attendees can watch the “Story Showcase,” highlighting the game’s opening story. Attendees can also experience the game’s characters in 3D at a dedicated exhibition area featuring Spatial Signage, Samsung Electronics’ glasses-free 3D display technology.
