Capcom is opening its first Capcom Store pop-up in the United States on September 19 in Los Angeles. The limited-time shop will operate in Little Akihabara in Little Tokyo through October 18.
The opening weekend will also host the first U.S. public demo for Mega Man: Dual Override. A limited number of visitors will be able to play it on September 19 and September 20, though participation will be heavily limited.
The first 50 attendees on each of those two days will receive a limited-edition Tokyo Game Show handkerchief featuring Capcom properties.
Merchandise at the pop-up will include franchises such as Monster Hunter, Resident Evil, and Street Fighter. The selection will include plushies, apparel, charms, and other character goods.
Capcom is also planning playable demos for additional recent games and life-size character statues from Street Fighter and Mega Man.
The Capcom Store Pop-Up will be located at Little Akihabara Pop-Up Shop & Live, 319 E 2nd St. #122, Los Angeles, California. It will operate daily from noon to 7 PM between September 19 and October 18.
